RCI Funding, is a direct lender and has been in the business of
originating and funding purchase and refinance home loans since
1994. The construction loan department though specializes in
brokering residential construction loans.
Unlike purchase money or refinance mortgages, every investor has its
own guidelines and limitations when it comes to construction loans,
which makes obtaining the right loan product somewhat challenging,
and it is to overcome this very fact that made RCI Funding chose to
broker this complex product rather than fund directly.
